Drone LiDAR and Photogrammetry Survey Services
A drone LiDAR survey gives you an accurate model of your ground, using two sensors: a DJI Zenmuse L3 LiDAR sensor and a 45-megapixel mapping camera, both tied to surveyed points on the ground.
Flown by an FAA Part 107 licensed pilot with more than 2,500 hours on unmanned aircraft, flying them since 1992. Certified Mapping Scientist, UAS (ASPRS). $1M aviation liability insurance.

Drone LiDAR survey or photogrammetry?
-
LiDAR measures the ground with laser pulses. Some of those pulses reach the ground through gaps in brush and trees, so it can map the bare earth under vegetation.
-
Photogrammetry builds the model from hundreds of overlapping photos. It maps what the camera can see, so it works best on open ground, and it gives you sharp imagery of the site.
Many projects use both. We'll tell you which fits your ground.

What Clients use it for
-
Base maps for a claim block
-
Disturbance maps for a permit filing (Permitting)
-
Road and drill pad layout
-
Mapping historic mine sites before anyone goes underground (Underground survey)
